Description Skp2 inhibitor C1 (SKPin C1) is a specific and selective small-molecule inhibitor of Skp2-mediated p27 degradation by reducing p27 binding through key compound-receptor contacts.

p27 degradation [1]
In vitro Skp2 inhibitor C1 treatment of MCF-7 breast cancer cells lines does not increase, but rather decrease the percentage of cells in G1 while increasing the G2/M population.
