Biological Activity

Description Perindopril (S-9490) is a brain-penetrating inhibitor of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) with an IC50 of 0.048 μM for ACE-1. It exhibits anti-hypertensive, anti-inflammatory, and anti-fibrotic properties.
