5%DMSO Corn oil

Validated by Selleck labs. Should you need adjustments to this formulation, contact our sales team for custom testing.

5.000mg/ml (10.47mM) Taking the 1 mL working solution as an example, add 50 μL of 100 mg/ml clear DMSO stock solution to 950 μL of corn oil and mix evenly. The mixed solution should be used immediately for optimal results.
* <1 mg/ml means slightly soluble or insoluble.
* Please note that Selleck tests the solubility of all compounds in-house, and the actual solubility may differ slightly from published values. This is normal and is due to slight batch-to-batch variations.
* Room temperature shipping (Stability testing shows this product can be shipped without any cooling measures.)

Biological Activity

Description ML162 is a covalent inhibitor of cellular phospholipid glutathione peroxidase (GPX-4) that induces ferroptosis.
Targets
GPX-4 [1]
In vitro

ML-162 increases the expression of p62 and Nrf2 in chemoresistant HN3R and HN3-rslR cells, inactivates Keap1, and increases expression of the phospho-PERK ATF4 SESN2 pathway.[2]
