| Description | JAB-23E73 is an orally bioavailable pan-KRAS inhibitor that targets both active (ON) and inactive (OFF) KRAS states while sparing HRAS and NRAS. It inhibits intratumoral p-ERK signalling and shows antitumor activity in models harboring various KRAS mutations (including G12D, G12V, G12R, G12C and G13D) or KRAS amplification. |
