| Description | IMP2-IN-1 is a small-molecule inhibitor of IMP2/IGF2BP2 RNA-binding activity, with IC50 of 81.3–127.5 μM against an IMP2 RNA sequence. IMP2-IN-1 reduces IMP2 protein levels in SW480 colorectal-cancer cells and decreases the viability of differentiated and undifferentiated Huh7 hepatocellular-carcinoma cells. |
