The DPhPC bilayer membranes exhibit minimal ion leakage in the absence of pores or ion channels, making them suitable for investigating ion channel activity and membrane potential regulation. DPhPC-based nanoliposomes (NTG) enhance nitric oxide (NO) bioavailability and demonstrate anti-inflammatory properties. |
