Description

Specificity Annexin A10 Rabbit Recombinant mAb detects endogenous level of total annexin A10.
Background Annexin A10 (ANXA10) is a calcium- and phospholipid-binding protein expressed normally inthe gastric mucosa. Biochemically, annexins are defined as soluble, hydrophilic proteins that bind to negatively charged phospholipids in a Ca2+-dependent manner. This binding is reversible. Downregulation of annexin A10 was correlated with dedifferentiation, invasion, and tumor progression, pointing to a possible tumor suppressor role.
