Biological Activity

Description	Amiloride (MK-870) is the first potent inhibitor of epithelial sodium channel (ENaC), inhibiting δβγ ENaC with an IC50 of 2.6 μM. It is also a typical blocker of PC2(TRPP2) channels and can be used in the research to study Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD).
